Shipping policy

All U.S. orders will be shipped from our store with a $12.99 shipping charge. Any Boutique item orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping. Roots Boutique & Salon will ship outside of the U.S. if requested.

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE SHIPPING

We use USPS and UPS for all of our shipping needs. Please make sure to enter your correct mailing address. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your item is returned to us for an incorrect address you are responsible for purchasing it back from the USPS and reshipping the item.

We process orders as promptly as possible! You will receive an email once the order is printed and our wonderful staff begins the packing stage. Typically items ship with in 1-4 business days, however this can change in peak times. We will typically ship items during Roots Boutique and Salon store business hours. We will not ship on a U.S. holiday if the store is not open. Please allow an additional 4-7 days for delivery depending on your location. We are not responsible for natural weather delays, or Holiday peak delays on orders as they are out of our control.
